The hotel and its location were just what we wanted, and we had a great time during our stay. However, when it came time to check out, the payment from srprs.me to the hotel hadn’t gone through. We couldn’t get in touch with the agency, not even using their emergency contact, so we ended up paying the 200 euros for our stay ourselves. This was frustrating since we had already paid 360 euros upfront to srprs.me for the same booking. I understand that errors can happen, but it’s been three weeks now, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, we still haven’t received any refund. We were really looking forward to the ‘location revealing concept,’ but sadly, this will be our first and last experience with this agency.

Our time with suprs me was fantastic. The element of surprise really eased the stress of our trip, and reaching out to them was a breeze - everything was straightforward. We found ourselves in Barcelona, and our hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city. They even gave us an upgrade for a nicer view! The flights were enjoyable, and everything went off without a hitch. I’d surely book with suprs me again.

We had an amazing time - it was definitely a bit nerve-wracking, but after such a long break from traveling due to COVID, we weren't too choosy about our destination. We ended up in Bologna, a place neither of us had visited before. The hotel was super central and really nice. We didn't depend much on the info they provided about the city; we just did our own research online. One thing I wish was different is getting the boarding passes a bit earlier instead of right at the countdown timer at the airport. It was a hassle since our phone signal was weak, making it tough to download them, and we had to call in a bit of a rush to get them sent again. But they were quick to help us out, so it wasn't a big deal.

I had a fantastic road trip in the UK arranged by the crew. The hotel was delightful, and they even hooked me up with breakfast included in the package. The team provided excellent updates and customer support. It was a blast! This was my second journey with srprs.me (I took a European city getaway before the pandemic) and I enjoyed the same wonderful experience. I definitely suggest them for anyone who enjoys a little surprise.

I had an issue with a gift card not long ago - I reached out to the customer support crew and Merel & Laura were incredibly helpful in resolving everything for me! Amazing service and I'm really looking forward to my vacation next year - thanks a bunch :)

We received this as a gift. The quality of the flight, destination, and hotel met our expectations. Navigating a surprise city can be a tad exhausting, but it was doable. The hotel was quite lovely, featuring tidy rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Excellent value for the price!

Awesome time had! I scheduled two getaways, two weeks back-to-back. The initial trip was solo, while the second one was with my boyfriend, each lasting four days. Initially, I couldn't view both trips in the app simultaneously, but after reaching out via email, the issue got sorted out super quick! I faced no issues during either trip and had a fantastic time at both spots.

Honestly, I can't find anything wrong with this service! From the reservation process right up to the grand reveal, everything went off without a hitch. Plus, if I had any queries or worries, an email was usually replied to in under a day. For what I spent, I felt I got a way better deal (especially since the 'standard' hotel was way more luxurious) and I would totally suggest this to anyone seeking something a bit out of the ordinary.

Fantastic company, super easy to get in touch with and super quick responses. They even managed to get me from Zurich to a surprise spot, then back home to Dublin. I honestly thought it was gonna be impossible, but srprsme really came through. I absolutely loved that a group of six gals from five different countries could all join in on the Srprs Me Meet Me Halfway Trip. I’m definitely hoping to do this again real soon!

I absolutely adore this idea! It can be a bit frustrating if you’re a frequent traveler since you might find yourself at a spot you’ve already visited, but my two journeys led me to destinations I hadn’t thought about before or had thought of but never went for. I’m totally planning to book again during the budget-friendly winter months for my next surprise!

When I found out where I was headed, I was pretty let down at first; it was nothing like what I would’ve picked. But you know what? I’m really happy it turned out that way! I totally fell in love with the place and wouldn’t have thought to visit this city if it hadn’t been a surprise. It really opened my eyes and gave me the most fun I’ve had since I was a kid. I’d recommend this 100% and I’m already looking forward to planning my next adventure! 😁
